Each track on the album tells a story, connecting Gautier with various individuals and experiences. These songs serve as musical diary entries, capturing both joyful moments and disappointments, as well as dreams and disillusionments—illustrating the highs and lows of a lengthy journey.

“In Limbo” Album Release
Gautier’s highly anticipated full album serves as yet
another musical diary, showcasing the diverse
influences that have shaped his sound since his last
release. A blend of soul, pop, and electro lays the
foundation for a refreshing return to music.
The song “Pieces” has gained airplay since its release
on several major Greek radio stations, including
EnLefko, Hit FM, Nostos FM, Pride FM, and Best FM.
The Album was recorded and produced at Lotus Studio,
Athens by Vasilis Dokakis. It was released by
Frontstage Entertainement. Post-Production by Nteivid.

“Sta Mavra Matia Sou” Single Release
A distinctive jazzy collaboration with the
multilingual artist Myrto Bocollini has resulted in a
remarkable modern rendition of the classic “Ochi
Chernye,” showcasing Gautier’s diverse musical
talents.

After a lengthy anticipation, Gautier has unveiled a
French single in collaboration with Tina
Alexopoulou, showcasing the artist's desire to
explore various musical directions.

“Pink Cinnamon” Album Release
Gautier’s sophomore album, titled “Pink
Cinnamon,” mirrors the essence of his debut by
showcasing 10 tracks that serve as a musical
diary reflecting the artist's experiences. The
standout single, “Way Down Low,” became a hit.

“You Give Me Love” Single Release
Following the success of “Home,” Gautier
appeared in Marietta Fafouti’s popular single “You
Give Me Love,” which was featured in an
advertisement for Greece's leading chocolate
brand, Lacta.

“Babylon” Album Release
Babylon debuted as a complete album, featuring
the track “Home,” which received significant
media attention and airplay after its victory in the
national competition Jumping Fish.

Music education
Gautier's journey in music has been a mix
of formal study and deep personal
exploration. Although he has not fully
pursued formal music education, he began
taking piano lessons at a young age,
followed by a brief stint with the
saxophone.
It was at 16, when he picked up the guitar,
that his aspiration to play music forever
truly took flight. He dedicated countless
hours to practice and attended a guitar
school for a year at 21.
He took piano and vocal jazz lessons for a
a brief time in Athens, around the age of
30, which helped him reinforce the practical
knowledge he had gained over the years.

Gautier Velissaris is a multifaceted singer-
songwriter who has released three personal
records in English: In Limbo, Babylon and Pink
Cinnamon.
He has worked on both English and Greek
lyrics and has made notable contributions as
a vocalist in Dimitris Marami's *Erotokritos*
(Lyric Stage). His collaborations include
composing alongside Paraskevas Karasoulos
for the album “Tim Omorfias To Agrio Fili”, as
well as teaming up with Marietta Fafouti on
the hit song "You Give Me Love." Additionally,
he has worked with Myrto Bocolini, Ian Ikon,
DJ Tarkan, and Tina Alexopoulou.

Music is an integral part of Gautier's life,
fueling his creativity and passion. He
constantly engages with music, whether writing
lyrics or simply enjoying the rhythm. His deep
connection to music serves as a sanctuary,
allowing him to express himself fully, and it
always draws him back, no matter how much
he tries to step away.

Many years in the working, the album “Tis
Omorfias To Agrio Fili” brings Gautier’s to the
scene as a composer together with Greece’s
finest composers, all united under the lyrical
umbrella of one of Greece’s finest lyricists -
Paraskevas Karasoulos. Singer Thodoris
Nikolaou. Released 2024.
Gautier has been the voice and the presented
of the prestigious Athens Jazz Festival, held
each year in Gazi Technopolis.
Over 12 years, almost all consecutive, has
sealed Gautier’s association with the week-
long jazz festival at the beginning of every
Athenian summer.
Erotokritos is the “Romeo and Juliet” of
Greece, and Dimitris Maramis’ excellent
redition into a musical was critically acclaimed
and presented at the national opera of Greece
and other venues throughout Greece during
2018-2021. Director Konstantinos Rigos.
Gautier has written music for the theater and
has done voice-overs for commercials and
documentaries in french and greek. Notably
the music for William’s Shakespeare’s
Midsummer night's dream for the Athens
Festival, voice-over for the Modern Art Museum
and Greece’s independence commemoration
documentary, etc.
